Shipping & Delivery Policy

Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we do not ship internationally. However, we are in the process of the bringing this service to you. 

 

Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping across India for all pre-paid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be added during checkout. This convenience fee is non-refundable.

As we rely on our delivery/courier partners for delivery of products; certain pin codes/area may not be serviceable or may require to be charged an additional amount. We will get in touch with you regarding the same. 

 

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All orders are shipped within 3-4 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 4 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. 

  • Within Kolkata:  2 to 3 working days

  • All other Metros, Non-Metros and Interiors: 4 to 10 working days

Please note, the delivery timelines above are indicative only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside of our control.

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Therefore, please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. In case the package has not been delivered due to inaccurate information shipping charges will be applicable for re-couriering the package. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online. 

 

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?
Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

 

Important Notice:
Following the initiatives and guidelines put in place by the government authorities to stem the spread of COVID - 19 a delay in shipments is expected. Shipping of Paid orders will be on priority, COD orders to be shipped after paid orders are cleared.
