Return & Refunds Policy

We at POOF take a keen interest in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Our return policy is very transparent, flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our clients as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms:-

  • A wrong product has been dispatched or the product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
  • If you identify manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.

We request you to carefully look into the product specifications that are mentioned and see if the ordered items fit into your desired space.
As a policy, Poof does not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition.


Return Process:

  1. Our return policy is applicable within 3 days from receipt of the product mentioned and applicable only for damaged product, manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.   1. After our operations team checks the images, we will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 3-4 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 3-4 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the product is back at our warehouse, our operations team will check the product and the refund process will get initiated within 3-4 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

Points to Remember:

  • Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
  • The product should be unused and in the original condition.
  • You will be asked to print 3 documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup.



Once the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the following manner:

  • For prepaid orders, a replacement of the product will be arranged, in case   the original product is not available for replacement, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 days.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, you will receive a store credit in the form of a discount voucher that will be valid for a period of 1 year on future purchases. Please note: The entire value of the discount code must be consumed in one single order, and it cannot be applied across multiple orders. The convenience fee for COD of Rs.100 is non refundable. 
Please Note - It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.
